i have to agree with Alleyne about the strap its unesecarrily long and the velcro aint great either none the lese its a good feel on the hand. decent grip and good look. another complaint is the quick wearing of the latex but thats to be expected in a 20 pound glove.also daniel dervine you shoudnt worry about the soft backhand as it just makes them comfier.
Got these gloves for training and I was pleasantly suprised. The grip was tacky and I had no need to pre wash them. They are comfy and provide a good fit. These gloves are designed for training but I think they could be used in matches. Only con is the wrist strap; too long and the velcro doesnt hold it that well. For £20 they are a steal!
There is nothing bad you can say about these gloves, i bought them a few months back and had 3 games in them, and the grip is still like glue, with-out weting the palm. For any beginer i would say get these.

One Of The Ratings Say That There Is A Weak Backing What Are The disadvantages Of A Soft Backing?
Great value for money, i got these at Christmas and these are very good gloves for the money. Whether it is wet or dry conditions
