Many goalkeeper gloves now offer finger protection systems in the fingers of gloves. Please note DO NOT bend the finger spines backwards with force, very occasionally the finger spines can break. We cannot exchange or refund for this reason.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Most of the Goalkeeping Gloves we sale are made using very soft foam palms, designed for grip and not durability. It is possible for the foam/latex to come away from the palm and finger area and .his can happen after only minutes of use. This happens more when playing on harder ground surfaces. Even when the palms start to deteriorate the gloves will still offer grip until the foam has worn through.
Parents please note: You will notice that the older the young goalkeeper becomes and their technique improves their gloves will last longer.
Please be aware of all the above when purchasing, you are acquiring the same gloves that are being worn at the highest level by professional keepers who will use their gloves on average 6-8 times before replacing them.
Help the latex on your gloves last longer! Many of our leading brands offer cleaning solutions, this will help remove the dirt and clean the gloves, using these solutions will help keep the palms soft and help the life span of goalkeeper gloves. Hand wash your gloves at 30 C MEACHINE WASHING OR HAND WASHING IN HOT WATER will reduce the life span of the latex. Allow the gloves to dry naturally never place in front of a radiator or any source of direct heat. NEVER PUT IN A TUMBLE DRYER or in direct sunlight/UV light. Do not dry clean Do Not iron.
GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR GLOVES
From new rinse plams through with clean warm water only no soap to remove the detergent used when
manufacturing the plam. Allow them to dry naturally and the gloves will be ready for use.
BEFORE THE MATCH/TRANING SESSION
Dampen the plams of your glove just before use this will optimise the grip.
