How to Order

If you're a new customer placing your first order we recommend that you read the Step-by-Step Guide. If you're having trouble finding the product you're looking for, have a look at the Effective Searching section below.

Effective Searching

Type a keyword in the search box at the top of each page

Browse the product homepages by clicking the relevant tabs across the top of the page

Look at the featured items on the homepage, they may be the item you were looking for

Research & Read

Read our product descriptions and any relevant reviews

Look at the product prices and check for special offers

Choosing an Item

Click the grey "Add" button to put it in Your Basket

When you're ready, click the "Checkout" link contained within the My Basket section.

Cancelling an Order

If you've accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind, don't worry. Simply give us a call on our Customer Services phone number (01983) 531925 . If the order hasn’t been shipped yet we can simply cancel the order there and then.

Unfortunately if the item has been shipped, you’ll need to wait until the order has been delivered to you before you can cancel the order.
