Delivery & Shipping Information
UK Delivery
Please note Northern Ireland is excluded.
Al orders received Monday - Friday are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed between Friday 11am - Monday 11am will be shipped on the Monday. All items with personalisation / iD are still shipped in the same time frame with no delays.
Order Completion
We're not able to make any amendments to your order after the payment confirmation stage. Please note that we pick pack dispatch very fast so we are unable to:
Changing the delivery address or shipping method.
Adding or removing items from your order or altering the sizes or colour of products, this may include personalised items.
2nd Class Priority Delivery - £3.00
When using our Economy Standard Delivery service, we estimate a 2 - 5 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, when they are you will receive an email. Economy Standard Delivery is shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note, these times are approximate and delivery may take up to 14 days depending upon your location. Please allow at least 12 working days before contacting our customer services team - orders@great-save.com.
1st Class Priority Delivery - £5.00
When using our Priority Delivery service, we estimate a 1 - 3 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, when they are you will receive an email. Priority Delivery is shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class. Please note, tthese times are approximate and delivery may take up to 10 days depending upon your location. Please allow at least 6 working days before contacting our customer services team - orders@great-save.com.
FREE Super Save Delivery £0.00 UK ONLY
Delivery is usually 3 - 7 working day but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
This Super Save option is not always available.
Next Day Royal Mail Delivery (Mon-Fri) Signed For™ - £7.00
Your order must be made by 11:00am to qualify for Next Day Delivery. All Next Day Deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. This applies to UK mainland only. We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays (please select Saturday option), Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
Please Note: Next Day Delivery - while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after 11am there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Next Day Royal Mail Delivery (Saturday delivery) Signed For™ - £12.00

PLEASE NOTE – Non EU Countries
Any customs or import duties may be applied once the package reaches its country of destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
On each product page we offer the “select your currency” option. If you do not select the option for the currency of your country your payment will be converted by your bank.
Are all goods despatched on the day i order?
We try to despatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
Pre-orders Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched according to the time/date specified on the website.
Credit/debit card/paypal checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in a delay of an order for an additional 48 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by email.
Personalisation - Items requiring personalisation (for example with additional name, numbering) may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be despatched however we do aim to despatched with no delays.

Personalised Keeper Products (Please read)
Please note: Personalised items cannot be exchanged including items with number 1, so please order the correct size of glove or garment.
