Our 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: Feel free to open the item and try it for size, but do try and return it in the same condition, as it arrived.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Download our Returns Information PDF or use the reverse of the Delivery Note that arrived with your order.
- This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in the My Account section, linked from the top right-hand corner of the GREAT SAVE website.
- In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the note included
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories

Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of an Great-save.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for immediate exchange.
Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories

Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please e-mail us. All items must be cleaned before retuning to us, we reserve the right to return any items which are thick with mud and dirt.
